1. Services Provided

Simply Reimagined offers professional graphic design services for small businesses, including but not limited to:

• Logo design & branding

• Social media graphics

• Website & ad creatives

• Print materials (business cards, flyers, brochures)

2. Payment & Pricing

• All services must be paid in full before work begins.

• Prices are listed on our website and may change without prior notice.

• Subscription-based services are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled.

3. Revisions & Approvals

• Clients are entitled to 3 revisions per project (unless stated otherwise in the package).

• Additional revisions beyond the limit may incur extra charges.

• Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made without additional fees.

4. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery timelines will be provided upon order confirmation.

• Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Custom designs created for you are fully owned by you once the final payment is made.

• Pre-made templates and stock assets may be licensed for use but remain the property of Simple Reimagined or their respective owners.

• Designs cannot be resold or redistributed without permission.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds are only granted under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

• Orders can be canceled before work begins for a full refund.

• Subscription plans must be canceled before renewal to avoid charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide clear and accurate project details, including branding guidelines and content.

• Any delays in providing necessary information may extend the project timeline.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal or business information without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Simple Reimagined is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the use of our designs.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing all materials before final approval.
